Lambda Pottery - Pottery Lessons

Price includes :

•        first 10 lbs of clay. Additional clay can be bought directly in class. (average cost, including tax , $13.53 for a 25lb bag)
•        studio glazes
•        all the firing required

Class description:

This class offers the opportunity to learn basic techniques in hand building and throwing on the wheel. You will be
exposed to different types of glazes, and their various forms of application. While we will only be using two types of
clays in class, you will have knowledge of all clay and their characteristics. This class will give you a basic
understanding of kiln firing. The completion of several assignments will be required to show understanding of what you
know, at different points throughout the learning process.

Class schedules are flexible and designed to fit the individual student's lifestyle and
their time available. You may choose from the following formats and then contact
us with the days and time you would like to come in. We are open from 9am - 9pm.

These lessons are designed for the students, both children (ages
12 and older) and adults, who are interested in learning all the
aspects of working with clay.

Our nation's economy is keeping us from running the studio at its full potential, so we are implementing
a price reduction on Pottery Lessons.
Lessons will continue to last 3 hours each day. We have morning, afternoon, and evening schedules
available for you.
